Still today, while everchanging, Brandon has kept the quintessential Vermont country village alive with 19^th century buildings while meeting the needs of a growing, modern day community.

The composite of architecture in this quaint village consists of a variety of Colonial, Italianate, Greek-Revival, Federal, as well as Victorian, Queen Anne, and Cape Cod style homes which date back as early as 1790, the earliest known home in "Old Brandon."
