Being a resident of the greater Brandon area, I
am familiar with the local housing market. I have gained knowledge and
experience over the past 17 years and opened my own office several years ago,
which is located at 516 Willowbrook Rd., Sudbury, Vermont. I use my experience and marketing skills to
provide my clients with the best service.
I have been actively serving Addison and Rutland
County markets since 1989. I received my broker’s license in 1994 and in 1995,
I earned the coveted Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. This title
provided me with an educational foundation and signifies membership in the
National Association of Realtors. Designation is achieved by attending an
intensive series of at least 90 hours of classroom instruction on such subjects
as contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, financing and risk
reduction.
In my own business, technology and access to the
internet are my greatest marketing tools. I excel in service to my customers
looking for property in Addison and Rutland Counties and specialize in Brandon
and surrounding towns.
